Our policy: no.w.here takes the privacy of its customers very seriously, and will only collect information in order to fulfil customer orders and to provide information via our e-mail mailouts. We do not sell mailing lists or customer information to any other companies or individuals. Our e-mail mailouts solely provide information relating to no.w.here’s activities.

Information collected: To process your order, we require the following data: your name, e-mail address, delivery address. We do not store any credit card or payment information on our website. You are solely responsible for the way you use this data on our site. To receive our e-mail mailouts, we only require your e-mail address. At the bottom of each email sent you have the option to unsubscribe from the mailing list.

Items sent within the UK are dispatched by first class mail and International orders by standard Airmail. All orders will be sent within three days of receiving payment. Postage and packaging costs vary depending the item’s weight, please see each item for details. If you purchase a place on one of no.w.here’s workshops or events, tickets will not be sent to you in the post. Please print out your receipt of payment and present it at the workshop or event to redeem your place.

Without prejudice to your statutory legal rights which remain unaffected, we operate the following returns and refunds policies:

Damaged or defective goods: in the unlikely event that you receive items which are damaged or defective, we shall, at our own option, either replace or repair any damaged or defective items, or refund to you the amount you paid for the items in question (including the postage and packing you were charged) PROVIDED THAT you notify us of the problem in writing within 28 working days of delivery of the items and that you return the items in the same condition that you received them.

In the unlikely event that items are not delivered due to a mistake on our part you will be completely refunded, or sent the package again without extra charge, whichever you prefer.

For items purchased from our website you may cancel your order at any time prior to your order being dispatched by emailing usinfo@no-w-here.org.uk ensuring that you quote your name and address or by telephoning +44 (0)207 7294494.

If you purchase a place on one of no.w.here’s workshops or events, cancellations are only permitted up to four days before the date of that workshop or event.
