Uncanny Pleasures: All the Colour Nature Possesses
Free workshop

Garden Museum, Lambeth Palace Road, London SE1 7LB
2pm - 5pm, Tuesday 17th October 2017.
Free, but booking necessary here (at the bottom of the page). This workshop takes place as part of The Tavistock Institute 70th Anniversary.

Led by established artists Rosalind Fowler and James Holcombe, this hands-on drop in workshop explores the artistic, social, and playful possibilities of tinting 16mm motion picture film using dyes derived from organic plant material from The Garden Museum and beyond.

Together we will make discoveries which draw out further ideas and possibilities inherent in this simple and ecologically friendly creative session. We will screen the work created at various intervals throughout the session. All films made will be digitised and made available as an online legacy of the session.

You can attend either 2pm – 3pm or 3.30pm – 5pm slot. Please specify your preference on booking.
